If you need some Easter basket ideas for tween girls, look no further! My oldest daughter, Lila, is only 10, but she is sadly slowly outgrowing a lot of toys. I have a 7-year-old daughter too though, and she still loves toys. So I found what I believe is a pretty great balance of cute ideas for girly Easter baskets that will please various ages!

Non-candy basket fillers for Tween Girls:

For starters, I got the larger Easter baskets from Target a few years ago. I love that they’re huge so they can hold a stuffed animal and smaller trinkets all together. Here is a cute one off Amazon that is roughly the size of the ones I used for my girls!

Next, I got this Hello Kitty Easter squishmallow. My kids are obsessed, and my 10-year-old loves all things made by by Sanrio. Then, I got my girls each some items from Claire’s Boutique. My youngest, Winnie, is obsessed with axolotls so she got this lip gloss. Each girl got a nail polish set, a set of Hello Kitty bracelets, and a key chain. Their most expensive item in their basket is a 30 oz. Stanley tumbler. I know they’re all the rage right now and kind of ridiculous, but my oldest daughter has been begging for one. I got the orange for her and lilac one for Winnie here.

Easter Basket fillers for tween boys:

For the tween boys in your life, I’d toss in a football or this light-up basketball into their basket instead. For smaller items, earbuds, or fun socks. I also love these deodorizers they can toss in their locker or gym bag that are shaped like different balls. (There’s no way to not read that in a dirty way…I’m so sorry.)

Personal Care Easter Basket Fillers:

I figured what girl doesn’t love some cute personal care items? Lila is big on anything from The Creme Shop, so her and Winnie each got the following items: First, I snagged them each a Hello Kitty moisturizer. Next, I got them each hand cream and a lip gloss pot. Then for their bathroom, I got one girl a Hello Kitty q-tip holder and the other a Hello Kitty makeup remover pad holder just because they were cute!

For boys, I’d do the same thing where I’d add in some personal care items. I recommend things like bodywash, deodorant, or body spray. These pimple patches and face pads are also fun little skincare items for tween boys!

Candy Easter Basket Fillers:

It’s not Easter without some candy! For my girls I got them some gum, sour punch straws, and a stereotypical chocolate bunny. I tend to go heavier on candy in their plastic eggs. We like to make a line of plastic eggs leading out of their room that sends them on a hunt to find their Easter basket.

Easter egg fillers for tweens:

I made it easy and filled the majority of their plastic eggs with this bag of mixed candy. Then I also bought some tiny plastic animals that I know they’ll think are cute. Winnie got axolotls and Lila got sea creatures. They’re super small so they fit nicely in the smallest of plastic eggs! I also filled them with small trinkets like these Easter mochis, earrings, and stickers that they can use on their water bottles or ipad covers. As you can see in the photo below, I also added in some fun food erasers, pins, finger flashlights, and slime.

For boys, in lieu of the items listed above, you could do small cars, fidget toys, and trading cards. I hope this list gave you some ideas on what to get your tweens for Easter! You’re never too old to enjoy a basket of goodies from the Easter bunny – even if you know the Easter bunny is mom and dad.
