It’s so easy to find valentines for younger kids, so I know the struggle to find good tween valentines! This year, I hit up a few stores to get some cute goodies for my daughters. I still needed to have some “kid” stuff (like stuffed animals) since my youngest daughter is eight years old. But I feel like these gifts are a great balance between elementary school kids into middle school.

Where to shop for tween valentines:

Target valentine's day

It should come as no surprise that the first place I hit up for tween valentine ideas was Target. As you can see by the graphic above, the majority if the items in my daughters’ baskets this year are from there. I linked all the Target goods on my LTK page here for easy access.

The small stuffed animals are all from Target, but they’re sold out online so you can find the same set on Amazon here. The tiny glass bow and cherry dishes are ring dishes from Bullseye’s Playground at Target. The glass cherry coasters are from there as well! Everything else you’ll find in the actual Valentine’s Day aisles!

The tween valentine gifts I found in the seasonal section were: A stuffy holding some chocolates, undereye masks, a cute photo holder, a bouquet of small squishmallows, a tumbler boot, and a tumbler wallet. I’m not sure if you’re aware of the chokehold that fucking water bottle accessories has on my tween, but it’s a strong one. Anything that you can add to her already overpriced water bottles makes it extra special.

Bath and Body Works Tween Valentines:

My youngest daughter, Winnie is still obsessed with axolotls. And my oldest, Lila, loves that cherries are all the rage. So you can imagine my delight at seeing that Bath and Body Works had cute hand sanitizer holders in both shapes. I just tossed them in with a festive hand sanitizer and some lip gloss. I linked all my Bath and Body Works tween valentine finds here.

Other odds and ends for your basket:

strawberry quillows

This last tween valentine that I tossed into the mix was an impulse buy. But it’s also something I thought the girls would use on our upcoming trip to Japan. It’s a “quillow” from Staykation. I follow their owner, Krista Horton, on Instagram and fell in love with her little shop. These are pillows that unzip into blankets. But they also have straps on the back of them to wear as backpacks for easy transport through airports. She also uses hers for movie theaters which is a brilliant idea since the theaters are always cold! Anyhow, the strawberries spoke to me, so the girls got some quillows too.

My biggest tip for cute tween valentines is to hit up Target or Walmart and see what speaks to you. I scored in the dollar section of Target and then built up from there. I hope this helped inspire you for your own tween valentines!
